Yogi Lalit was born into a Brahmin yogic family in the Himalayas, where his spiritual journey began under the guidance of his grandfather, Sri Swami Bhola Dutt, a revered yogi. At a young age, Yogi Lalit moved to Rishikesh to study various yogic disciplines, including Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, Kundalini, Kriya Yoga, and Sukshma Vyayam, along with Sanskrit scriptures, Vedas, Ayurveda, and palmistry. His rigorous training at a traditional ashram refined his expertise and deepened his understanding of yogic practices.
