- Repeat Infringer Policy
BlogOSM maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeated copyright violations.
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content may be suspended, restricted, or permanently terminated without prior notice.
- User Responsibility
By publishing content on BlogOSM, users represent and warrant that:
- They own the content, or
- They possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations required to publish the content
Users remain solely responsible for all content they submit.
- Limitation of Liability
BlogOSM acts solely as a hosting platform for user-generated content and does not actively monitor every submission.
The views, opinions, and content published by users are their own and do not represent BlogOSM.
