At Excel Realty Academy, we help aspiring real estate professionals in British Columbia master the UBC real estate licensing course with confidence. Our 12 three-hour courses combine practical lessons, hands-on exercises, mock exams, and real-world examples, so students feel fully prepared for the exam. Our small, in-person and live Zoom classes encourage discussion, study groups, and peer support. Many students remain connected well beyond the course, entering the real estate industry with an established network. We also offer additional support, including a mock exam class and access to comprehensive online study materials. If a student doesn’t pass, they can repeat the course at no extra cost — because we stand behind the way we teach.
