Despite the fact that the Turkish Airlines Toronto Office staff was not directly responsible for my luggage loss on my most recent Turkish Airlines trip, they took my complaint seriously. They assisted me in filing the report and called me to provide updates. I received my bag back in 48 hours. They really amazed me with their follow-through. Their concern for the airline's image and the satisfaction of its passengers is evident.
