UAE Startup Transforms Hospitality Booking with Smarter Tech
An innovative UAE startup is transforming hospitality booking with AI, real-time reservations, and a seamless guest experience.
In the rapidly evolving UAE hospitality landscape, a new technology driven platform is changing how customers reserve premium experiences. What began as a simple service frustration has grown into a breakthrough innovation that aims to modernise bookings for restaurants, lounges, beach clubs, and nightlife venues across the region.
From Frustration to Innovation
The idea was born when Emirati entrepreneur Rashed Mohammed Omar Bin Haider witnessed a loyal diner being turned away because of a mishandled reservation. Instead of seeing it as a minor issue, he recognised a broader problem outdated and fragmented reservation systems causing unnecessary friction for both guests and hospitality teams.
This led to the creation of iReserved, a hospitality-tech platform launched in October 2025. The platform combines advanced technology with guest centric service, allowing users to discover and book top venues through a single, seamless interface.
Seamless and Personalised Reservations
iReserved sets itself apart from traditional booking tools with features designed to enhance the guest experience:
-
Real-time interactive reservations with visual seat selection
-
A data-rich operational dashboard for venues to manage bookings, guest profiles, and staffing
-
AI-driven personalisation, offering tailored venue suggestions based on user preferences
By merging convenience with insight, the platform helps venues shift toward a relationship-focused hospitality model, creating more personalised and memorable guest experiences.
Overcoming Industry Mindset Challenges
The rollout didn’t come without obstacles. Many venue owners were accustomed to manual processes and resisted adopting new digital systems. To address this, Rashed and his team focused on showing how digitisation enhances operational efficiency, improves service quality, and supports long term growth all while maintaining the human touch that defines hospitality.
Real Impact and Future Growth
Early adopters including restaurant managers, F&B directors, and front-of-house teams report significant improvements in efficiency, particularly during peak hours. Guests also appreciate the intuitive booking journey, which aligns with the UAE’s high standards for luxury and convenience.
The company is preparing for expansion into Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain, with future plans to enter major markets in Europe, Asia, and North America. This aligns with its broader mission to contribute to digital transformation in the global hospitality ecosystem.
