NMIMS Online MBA Admission Admission Process

NMIMS Online MBA admission process is fully online and is done in stages.

Step 1: Online Registration

Applicants have to go through the NMIMS Online MBA admissions portal and fill the online registration form with personal, contact and academic information. At the time of registration, an applicant has to pay an admission processing fee of about INR 1,200 which is non refundable. In this stage an initial payment of INR 10,000 is also received that would be adjusted to the total program fee later.

Step 2: Upload and Checking of Documents

Once the registration is done, the applicants are required to post scanned copies of the necessary documents such as graduation mark sheets, degree certificates, photo identity proof and passport-size photograph. The documents should be visible and readable. The university will conduct effective document verification before admission.

Step 3: Fee Payment

After the documents have been given approval, the candidates are expected to pay the program fee according to the selected payment option. NMIMS provides various options of payment like online payment, demand draft payment and EMI/education loan facility.

Step 4: Confirmation of Admission

The university verifies the admission after the payment and verification of fees. Students are allocated a student number and a username and password to the Learning Management System (LMS) which has access to course materials, lectures offered, assignments, and student notifications.

The estimated single up-front payment of the entire program is INR 1,96,000. Students can also choose to pay on an annual basis of approximately INR 1,05,000 per annum or a semester based payment of about INR 55,000 per semester.

Applications to the NMIMS Online MBA 2026 intake are also received on 22 September 2025. Application is open to any admissions without late fee between 22 September 2025 and 31 January 2026. Applicants who submit an application between 1 February and 28 February 2026 must pay a late fee of INR 500. Late fee INR 1,000 applies to applications made between 1 March and 16 March 2026. The date of registration ends 16 March 2026.

NMIMS Online MBA Normal Curriculum Structure

The spread of the Online MBA program is considered as two years, which is divided into the four semesters. There is a curriculum to develop sound managerial basics as well as hands-on business skills.
