To reset a Wavlink AC1200 extender or router, find the record button-a small hole that may be recessed with options to use a bent paperclip that will press a button inside the hole. This reset button is usually located on the rear or bottom side of the device.Using a paperclip or similar tool, press and hold the Wavlink AC1200 reset button for approximately 10 seconds until the LED indicators begin to flash. The procedure resets the device back to factory default settings, deleting all customized configurations. After resetting, you will have to connect to the default Wi-Fi network again and then configure your settings via the web interface.
