Constructed by Khansaheb—one of the UAE’s most trusted contractors—the project exemplifies top-level execution.
To bring its design to life, the team engaged Dubai-based interiors photographer Alex Jeffries. Known for his refined visual storytelling, Jeffries’ images highlight natural light, spatial flow, and the meticulous detail defining Delano’s aesthetic.
Harmonious Coastal Architecture
Combining low-rise architecture with vertical greenery and flowing fabric drapes, Delano Dubai presents a laid-back yet elegant entryway. Its interior spaces are the product of collaboration with Elastic Architects, SA Consultants, LaBottega Interiors, YDesign, and Ennismore’s in-house design group—resulting in spaces that are polished, intentional, and welcoming.

From Caesar’s Palace to Delano
Khansaheb led the comprehensive renovation of the previous Caesar’s Palace tower, undertaking bespoke joinery in their own facility and seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Their high-detail execution underpins the refined guest experience.
